It was a notable day for all of us. The air filled the campus of SBA with the magic of joy and excitement. The school gathered for the special assembly on the theme “Be Bold for theChange.”
The Cultural Coordinator Mrs. Uma Sundaresan bestowed her thanks to all the wonderful people of this marvelous Institution for extending their cooperation. Exceptional thanks to the Principal &Vice principal for their Overwhelming support and to the Sports Coordinator, Pt. Masters for upholding the decorum throughout the competition.
Specifically she thanked all the house teachers for their tremendous motivation and involvement to encourage and inspire the students. Kudos to the Captains, Vice Captains and to all dear students for excellent accomplishment in all the three main areas (Academics / Sports / Culturals) and also being a virtuous supporter for their house by extending favorable participation throughout the year. Last but not the least she thanked the almighty for the bountiful year of good health and strength.
Subsequently our respected Principal, Vice Principals and the Sports Coordinator declared the House wise overall points for the primary and the high school which included the compilation of in school activities in all the three prime zones (Academics / Sports / Culturals)
Mrs. Joan Rajesh Sr. vice Principal of the school announced the results for the leading house in Academics for both the wings – Primary (MARS) &High School (MERCURY)
Mrs. Helena Gokul vice Principal declared the leading house in CULTURALS – Primary (Mars)& High School (MERCURY)
Mr. Gokul Raj Sports Coordinator took the gratification to announce the leading house in sports – Primary (Jupiter) & High School (Mars)
Mrs. Mary VasanthaKumar, the Principal took the pride to pronounce the Champion 2016-17 for both the wings and the Overall SBA’S CHAMPION 2016-17.
Champion 2016 -17 for the Primaryschool was bagged by the Mars House with the lead of 93%
Champion 2016 -17 for the High school was taken by the Mercury House with the lead of 85%
Overall SBA’S Champion 2016-17 Shield was lifted by the MARS HOUSE overcoming the previous champion the JUPITER HOUSE with the lead score of 81.5%
The school ground was enthralled with loud clapping sounds and cheers for the Titleholders of this academic year.
The captains, Vice captains, house teachersand all the students of the leading house posed for the group photographs along with the heads of the institution.
The assembly concluded with National Anthem .
