Fantasy Day was observed on the 12th of August 2016 by the Kindergarten students in the SMR Hall to know about the different cartoon characters in the tales. The children came dressed up in costumes of their favourite cartoon characters like Chutki, Chotta Beam, Dora, the Explorer, Barbie, Ben 10, Snow White, Cinderella, Rapunzel, Little Krishna and Radha,. It was sweet to listen to the youngest batch of students chorus ‘Building up the Temple’ and ‘The Sun comes out’. 14 children gave amazing speeches about the favourite characters they had dressed themselves up with. They also entertained the audience , who were students of Grades I and II, with a wonderful dance in their fantasy world to the background music of ‘The Crazy Frog Song’. The Tiny tots of KG performed a RAMP WALK in their favourite Cartoon costumes with related background music. The programme concluded with all the kids enjoying and dancing to their favourite Barbie song. All the children seemed very happy. This helped the kids develop a love for the school, their friends and teachers.
