Focused on the robust theme Stronger Communities; Safer Children had a grand inaugural on 14th November 2016 in S.M.R Hall by the launch of the film –The Gift Awareness session on Good touch and Bad touch for school children , created by Rtn. Umapathy and Mrs. Akther through project MASOOM.
The program commenced with a prayer song followed by the prayer.

Young artists from STBTA (St. Britto’s Theatre Academy) were the remarkable chip of this wonderful project MASOOM ; an awareness initiative on Good touch &Bad touch .
Mrs. Uma Sundaresan, Crown of STBTA and the Cultural Coordinator of SBA presided the welcome address.
Rtn. J.JayaSathya addressed the gathering on behalf of the Rotary Club.
Rtn. Dr. N. Nanda Kumar, District Director, Community Service Development and Shri. ArunRathod, Chairman YII felicitated the young artists for theiractive participation in the film. Afore the screening of the film Rtn. Umapathy gave a brief talk on the film. The audience reciprocated the film with a loud thunderous applause.
Rtn. A.P.Kanna PDG, District Trainer addressed the gathering with his edifying and enriching thoughts which enlightened and inspired the students on the special day. Exceptional performances by the students of VI and above under the banner SBA’S GOT TALENT 2016 enthralled the audiences in large.
Mrs. VimalaBritto , Correspondent of St. Britto’s Group of Institutions , who has been the pillar of success for the constant progress addressed the gathering .
Vote of thanks was delivered by the Principal Mrs. Mary VasanthaKumari .The session concluded with a National Anthem.
