SBA celebrated India’s 68th Republic Day with great patriotic fervour on Thursday. The Principal, Mrs. Mary Vasantha kumari unfurled the tri-colour , accepted the guard of honour from the marching student contingents of the Four Houses in the presence of Parents, Vice-Principals, teachers and students The Parade was commanded by the Head Boy, Kiridharan. Students of classes VII presented various cultutal events like Patriotic songs, Dance and Skit amidst loud cheers from the gathering. The Principal addressed the gathering and asked the students various questions to ensure that the students knew about the significance of celebrating Republic Day.
She also highlighted the achievements of the Scouts and Guides, who represented SBA in the State Republic Day Parade. It was a day to reflect, re-affirm and celebrate the values enshrined in the Indian Constitution
