“Venture”, the children’s week celebration of St Britto’s Academy started on 11th Nov 2019. The entire school participated in various competitions pertaining to speaking, creative writing, reasoning and aesthetic development. Proactive learners participated enthusiastically in these competitions that helped them FIND THEIR VOICE and focus on their personal development as a journey and not the destination. The theme for the children’s week celebration  “FIND YOUR VOICE”  was accomplished , paving way to celebrate the private victory.

Students organized a display and sale of traditional food items covering the menu of breakfast, snacks and lunch in the school campus on 11.11.2019. Students participated enthusiastically and brought out the importance of nutritious balanced diet and reiterated – “Eat healthy; Live healthy”. The food items on display included sprouts, Millets, raw vegetable, Salads, Ragi dosa, Ragi Puttu, Steamed corn, Groundnut salad, Fruit salad etc., Std 11 organized honest shop on 11.11.19 and 12.11.19 in the school campus. The products that were on display for sale were stationaries contributed by students and teachers. The purpose of this sale is to inculcate the value of honesty, where students buy the products of their choice by dropping the exact amount in the absence of a seller. The proceeds of the sale will be donated to WHO.

On 11^th and 12^th Nov, std VII to IX students imparted EOTO (Each-One Teach-One) to primary kids (PKG to std IV). The senior students guided and motivated their juniors in creating TLiM Journals and subject charts. On 13^th Nov, std VII to IX and XI displayed their creativity on the walls of the school compound and contributed their skills to social concern depicting the measures to be followed for Good Health and Eco-Friendly Environment..

Students of all grades participated in various Literary activities showcasing their talents in speech and creative writing competitions based on the given topics. Std I & II students attended an online Brain Mapping activity. Students of std III to IX and XI were tested on their Numeric skills with Sudoku. The entire Gambit of activities motivated the students to identify their voice and strength.
