To celebrate Global forgiveness day and promote peace and friendship through forgiveness.

To understand about the benefits of Forgiving.

A special assembly was organized to celebrate Global Forgiveness Day. The students of class III-V congregated in the school SMR Hall.

The program started with a prayer song followed by  Bible reading by JOANN .S of  V C. The thanks giving prayer was given by HARISH of V B for the wonderful day.Welcome speech was delivered by JESHNA of V  A. The importance of forgiveness is highlighted. A special song on forgiveness was sung by students of class V D.

The students of class V showcased a skit on forgiveness.The skit highlighted the importance of forgiveness and the children enjoyed the skit. The moral of the skit was “To err is human to forgive is divine”.

The power point presentation on the benefits of forgiveness was given by DHARSHINI of class V C.She also emphasized the quotes of famous leaders and lines from Bible verses Quran and Bhagavat Gita. The program concluded with Tamizh Thai Vazthu. The program was executed well and there is still scope of improvement.
