“Cooking is an expression that crosses boundaries”

On 12 February 2020, as a part of the ISA (British Council) Action, learners from grade V &VI, St. Britto’s Academy visited the grand Hotel Ramada to experience the impressive presentation of different countries cuisines.

The Chef Mr. Pawan Kumar and Mr. Shyam Lama shared their passion for creative cuisine by showing preparation techniques, helpful tips of course, giving recipes to create at home to the students. The chief aim of the demo was to harness imagination, empowerment and creativity among the learners.

The greatest dishes are very simple. After the presentation, Students savored the demonstrated Italian and Chinese cuisine in an elegant dining room.

Learners progressed with a beautiful thought “If you think well, you cook well.”
