The school Management takes immense pleasure to inform you that we have a two year association with the Director General of the Taiwan consulate. The Taiwanese team have been in association with the Non–Governmental organization – “SEEK FOUNDATION” initiated by our beloved Correspondent Mrs. Vimala Britto.

“The aim  of education is to prepare the student community for global citizenship” – is the signature statement and also the purpose of imparting education in our school. In par and accordance with this, we realized that our vision and selfless service to the society found a match with their aims and objectives.

Thus, developed an amicable relationship between St. Britto’s Group of Institutions and Taiwan.

The team has visited our school and participated in the culture Exchange programme and the Food festival. Subsequently, in their way of association with us, they identified our institution as one of the best schools imparting quality education for the holistic development of the students in its true sense. We take pride in announcing that the International Co-operation and Development Fund (ICDF) an organization in Taiwan has hosted a workshop on – “2016 YOUNG Entrepreneurs Development and 2016 Agri-Business Development”, exclusively for ASEAN and South–Asian countries and a team of four teachers from St. Britto’s Academy, St. Britto’s Matriculation School and St. Britto’s College are deputed to present papers in subjects like Physics, Bio–technology and commerce. The team comprises of Mrs. preethisathishkumarM.Sc., B.Ed., in Bio – technology, handling science for middle department. Mrs. Hepsiba, M.Sc., B.Ed.,  in physics handling for higher secondary, Mrs. Sophiya and Mrs. Sujatha assistant professors from the department of commerce. They are now a part of the In–service Orientation Programme in Taiwan which includes business sessions, field trips and cultural tour. This will definitely prove a very good exposure, which is beneficial to update the recent trends in their subjects, in interaction with the representatives of different countries. This is a wonderful opportunity for the teachers to enhance their professional and subject expertise, which in turn will help them to share their knowledge and experiences to motivate the students and take them to great heights.
