On 28.01.2020, “The Leader in Me” Team escorted by Dr Kannan Gireesh, The Founder and CEO of Live Life Education Pvt. Ltd visited St Britto’s Academy to perceive the Leadership culture and practices within the school premises. Mr. Bill Mcintyre, Vice President of International Education Franklin Covey, USA, Managing Directors, correspondents, principals and faculties of various schools like Glendale, Sacred Heart, Church Park, Kola Perumal, St. Ursalas, witnessed the day. The tiny tots from Kindergarten received the guests as well as welcomed those using floral bouquets and garlands.
An exclusive program was steered by the learners of classes I –X. Some of the leading programs were the English play accentuating the value of being together as a family, The Tamil drama directing at the paradigm shift, “YOU ARE YOUR ONLY LIMIT”, an act out to lay emphasis on the prominence of 7-Habits in day today life. The TLIM Anthem was intoned by the leaders. The book – ‘THE LEADER IN ME IN ACT – IN SBA was unconfined by the chief guest.
TLIM guide reflecting the leadership structures and strategies was shared to all the schools by the Principal.
The Learners led the guests for the class tour. The Envois visited several classes as well as interacted with the students. The students were highly equipped with extreme knowledge of 7 Habits, TLIM Journal and 4 DX. The delegates had an enriched experience visiting the innovative and creative interior and exterior physical environs of the school. Mr. Bill Mcintyre and the dignitaries of various schools were overwhelmed by the students’ splendid communication and internalization of Leadership. The Leadership culture at St Britto’s was exceedingly virtuosic.
The day was set to be a memorable and fulsome for the proactive Brittorians.
