Mr. Xavier Britto, the Visionary, Chairman of INDEV Group of companies and Mrs.Vimala Britto ,the Managing Director of Esthell Hotels & Resorts share a common passion for excellence in education. Their source of inspiration being their late parents Mrs. E. Mary Rajam M.A.(Mother of Mr. Xavier Britto) and Mr. A. Micheal Raj B.A.B.T (Father of Mrs. Vimala Britto).

The School is run by SMR Educational Trust which is a non-profitable and charitable trust establishing high standard institutions and imparting quality education to the student community.
