Virtue, Empathy, Nurture, Talent, Uniqueness, Reverence, Excellence. The Children’s week event at St. Britto’s – It’s been a practice of St. Britto’s over the past 10 years. Children’s week – Venture as special days of thematic observation to educate and empower the students to Rise and Shine with values and responsibility in the family at school and in the society.

This year theme for Children’s week is “Choose to say Yes or no”. There are four topics under the four main quotients for 4 days. In Intelligence Quotients under the theme Social Media Students research about protecting and Disclosing Personal Identity
On the Third Day Students were taught about the SELF-REGULATION under emotional Quotient being happy in thoughts words and actions against distressing through words and actions.

On the Final day, students were oriented on Spiritual Quotient with the theme SELF-IDENTIY –
The Say ‘Yes’ Say ‘No’ is a choice and right discussion at every stage of life is important and hence the topics were carefully graded for KG, Std I – IV, Sd V-VIII and Std IX – XII separately.

The Management under efficient leadership of Dr. Vimala Rani Britto understands that unless and unstill the students involve in learning process the internalization and application of learning cycle will be completed. Hence during every Children’s Meet, a tri way approach is done to establish learning

• Talk by resource person
• Preparation of the contact by the students and directing through forms of art, poem and talk witnessed by parents.
• Extending to society by meeting Rural/Government Schools and directing those students through Competition /Plays/Programs.

Parents also involve themselves and motivate their children to prepare participate and make learning life and ethics a part of educational process.

This Venture passes the way for school, Students, family, Society to be connected for a Common goal ‘A Child Holistic Development’.
