The office bearers of the 19th Prefects’ Council and the 8th Kids’ Cabinet for the academic session 2016-2017 were inducted by the Correspondent, Ms. Vimala Britto, on August 1, 2016. She pinned the badges for the Student Council. The newly elected members of the Student Council pledged to work earnestly and uphold the honour and glory of the institution. The down-to-earth Correspondent shared memories of her yester years and motivated the students to take small steps , accept the difficulties, to be determined and never give up in order to grow. She congratulated the newly appointed office bearers and reminded them to diligently shoulder responsibilities that lay ahead with dedication and devotion. She insisted that it is such events and occasions that give birth to leaders and go a long way in creating world leaders. Awards were given to the Best Students from KG-XII by the Correspondent . Students and teachers who were present on all the working days of the school were also honoured. Cash Prizes were given to the toppers of classes X and XII. The teachers who paved the way for their success were also given cash prizes. Best Teacher Award was given in three categories- KG, Primary and High School. Talent Hunt Awards were given in ten categories to students by the Principal.
