The 4th Parent-Teacher Common Forum of the Academic Year 2016-2017 was held on 15th of October 2016 in the SMR Hall. The contact session began with an invocation to the Almighty God to bless the day’s proceedings. After the Principal welcomed the gathering, the Academic Co-Ordinator of classes III-V, Ms. Anne Anand, enlightened the parents on the various Academic, Sports and Cultural activities of that level. That was followed by the Academic Co-Ordinator of classes VI-VIII, Ms. Jayalakshmi, briefing the activities organized by the school for the holistic development of the students of Classes VI-VIII. The Vice-Principal (Academics), Ms. Joan Rajesh summed up in totality the efforts taken by the school for bringing out the best in our students from classes III-VIII.
The working of the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) was explained by the Vice-Principal, Ms. Helena Gokul. Almost all the doubts and queries of the parents were solved through the exposition of the ERP. The School Principal introduced the new website of the school and expounded the inputs given in the website to the parents. It was the turn of the GAIT Trainers, who came up with a short demonstration on how GAIT classes happen and how abstract concepts are delivered to the kids. The parents were requested to fill the feedback form to let the school know their suggestions for improvement. The parents were encouraged to meet the class teachers and discuss the progress of their wards. The parents acknowledged the efforts of the Management and the teachers and appreciated the volume of activities conducted in the school to help the students face challenges of the competitive world.
