Service – Staff Development Program was conducted for Service staff to enhance their skills in the profession as well as in personal life. “Akkas”( as we normally call them) celebrated in unison by cutting the cake for all those who celebrated their birthdays in the month of April. They enthusiastically played games and were taught the 7 highly effective practices of Leadership (in Tamil) by Mrs. Poornima (TLIM-Coordinator for the School). They were trained to inculcate the principles through situations in their daily routine. This will prove beneficial as these practices will go a on a successful way in establishing a right approach to support the needs of the students.
